Our Grounds

The current school building was constructed in 1992 and underwent significant expansion in 2010 to accommodate a two-form entry. The school boasts extensive grounds, including both tarmac and grass-covered areas. Additionally, the Nursery and Reception classes benefit from a large, well-equipped outdoor learning area.

We also have a cherished garden where children have the opportunity to cultivate various plants and food. This garden is a vibrant space designed to enhance their learning experience. It includes raised beds for growing vegetables and for flowering plants. This hands-on experience helps them understand the principles of growth and sustainability, fostering a deeper connection with nature. The garden also serves as a communal space where students can collaborate and learn about teamwork and responsibility.

Thanks to the support and collaboration of our PTA, plans are underway to enhance this provision: the garden will be better equipped with tools and supplies to support gardening activities, and all children will be encouraged to participate in planting, watering, and harvesting.
