Communications with Families
We aim to communicate promptly with all our families, both in case of emergency and to share information and news about the children progress and activities.
Phone
We will call the parents and/or careers, and any further emergency contact, in case your child is unwell. We will also call if your child in not in school and you have not informed us of a reason.
Messages
From time to time you might receive a text-message from the school.
At the end of the week our Attendance Officer will send messages to celebrate those children that have been in school and have arrived on time all week.
Emails
The school will send emails to inform you of important changes, such as changes in procedures, PE days. You will also receive communication of First Aid Incidents and Medication Administration from Medical Tracker (notifications will be send from donotreply@medicaltracker.co.uk, save this to your approved sender list or to your email address book).
ClassDojo
For day-to-day communication we use ClassDojo.
This is used to share important information, such as school opening and closures, reminders of holidays and important events in school. It is also used to share updated information about activities your child takes part in.
Request log in details and instructions to the school office. You will then be able to download the app on your smartphone or log in on the browser.
